Raw material
For the elaboration of our preserves we select the best sardines from fishing in the Spanish Mediterranean. This fish belongs to the same species as the sardine., it's just about the baby, so its size is smaller.
Sardines are a blue Fish very nutritious and healthy, with a pleasant and intense smell and a compact and juicy texture. We can find them throughout the year and they are very recognizable due to their dark silver color that reflects sunlight and serves as a defense method..
Elaboration
The first step in making the canned sardines is the selection of raw material. For it, We go directly to the markets and we take care of personally choosing the best specimens. After, already in our facilities, we take care of cleaning and cooking them manually to, posteriorly, put them in the cans. Finally, add the olive oil and salt and proceed to the sealing and packaging of the can.
